Primed Jamb

Manufactured by trimming defects from common grade lumber to make short lengths of clear lumber. These pieces are then glued into longer lengths and manufactured into jambs or brickmould, to reduce the tendency of the pieces to twist or warp. They cost less than the stain grade equivalent because less expensive wood is used in the beginning of the process. All finger-jointed primed frames should be painted.

• Kiln dried, primed finger-joint pine – double primed for quality performance and ease of painting.
• Paint grade product. Wood frame requires paint on all exposed surfaces within 45 days of purchase.
