The FUSION Door System is a unique prefinished door unit for garages, shops, quonsets and other industrial applications.

The maintenance-free fiberglass door slab provides heavy-duty performance, combined with a hollow metal frame.

Extremely durable and easy to install, it ships assembled with quality weatherstripping and ball bearing hinges (non-removable pin for security).

Commercial-grade keyed cylindrical lockset, threshold and sweep are shipped with the FUSION Door System, and are easy to install on site.

Optional dual clear or dual clear low-E glass
is available as a factory installed 1/2 lite.

The Fusion unit is also ideal for warehouses, livestock facilities, and modular buildings.

Fusion Door System Specifications

Smooth White Fiberglass Slab: Flush panel design is made of compression moulded fiberglass to provide superior strength and durability. Pre-pigmented smooth white skin requires no painting and will not yellow. Door will not rot, warp, or splinter.

Internal Wood Lock Block: Full length wood and steel reinforcing prevents thermal and moisture bow, and accepts a full range of door locks and hardware.

Hinges: Three 4-1/2" x 4" NRP (non-removable pin) ball bearing hinges in a satin chrome finish, for durability and security.

Extruded Aluminum Threshold (site installed): Smooth 1/2" rise for handicap accessibility is easily installed on site, directly over top of spreader pan.

Welded Spreader Pan: Bottom spreader pan is welded to the frame,
to simplify unit installation.

Installation Tip: Installation on site is very simple – place the unit into the rough opening, ensure it is plumb and level, and fasten through the nailing flange to the building.
