IMPORTANT NOTE: All Bobrick B-822 Series Soap Dispensers are designed to dispense commercially marketed all-purpose hand soaps including liquid and lotion soaps, synthetic detergents, and antibacterial soaps containing PCMX and/or Triclosan. Bobrick soap dispensers are NOT designed to dispense alcohol-based hand sanitizers or iodine-based surgical soaps.

B-822 Series Soap Dispensers

• Materials: Piston, Spout, and Top Cover – Type-304 stainless steel with bright polished finish. Cover Spacer – Rigid, impact-resistant polyester. Escutcheon – Chrome-plated, high-impact-resistant ABS with bright polished finish. Concealed locking mechanism. Body and Shank – High-impact-resistant plastic. Valve – ABS cylinder. Stainless steel spring. U-packing seal and duckbills. Container – Translucent, shatter-resistant polyethylene.
• Capacity: 34 fl oz (1.0 L).
• Operation: Press piston down to dispense commercially marketed all purpose hand soaps. Vandal-resistant spout can rotate 360° without damage to unit. Escutcheon locks to body with concealed locking mechanism that is opened with special key provided. To fill from top, unlock cover and remove piston, spout, and supply-tube assembly. Unit may also be filled by removing container from below lavatory.
• Installation: Unit is designed for installation in 1'' (25mm) diameter hole in porcelain-enameled steel, cast-iron or vitreous-china lavatories, as well as in countertops adjacent to lavatories. Unit may be mounted in unused faucet hole or through special hole requisitioned when lavatory is ordered from manufacturer (specify punching location). Shank accommodates maximum 4'' (100mm) mounting thickness and can be cut in the field. Clearance required for container diameter is 3-3/8'' (85mm). Diameter of escutcheon: 2-1⁄16" (50mm).
• Maximum height from base of body to bottom of container: 14-5⁄8" (370mm) for B-822 & B-8226; 8-1⁄4" (210mm) for B-8221 & B-82216. Allow clearance below basin for 3-1⁄2" (90mm) diameter container. Mount with end of spout extending over inner edge of bowl.

B-826 Series Automatic Soap Dispensers - Liquid & Foam

• Automatic touch-free sensor eliminates cross contamination.
• Meets barrier-free accessibility standards. Sensor detects user’s hand to automatically dispense controlled amount (0.8ml) of soap; activation range is 4" (100mm) from sensor lens. Reduces soap usage and waste.
• Bright-polished chrome spout cover.
• Dispenses 1000 handwashes per 800ml, 2000 hand washes per 1600ml OneShot® soap refills. Soap refills available from sanitary supply distributors.
• Red LED light blinks when soap refill is low; yellow LED light blinks when battery life is low. Average battery life: 90 soap refills or 2 years. Battery requirements: 4 alkaline "D" cells (not included).
• Water-resistant battery compartment and motor housing.
• Mounts through 1" (25mm) diameter hole in lavatory or countertop.
• Maximum countertop mounting thickness 2" (50mm); spacer included, for use with lavatory rim 3⁄4" (19mm) or greater.
• Maximum height from base of dispenser to bottom of refill 14-1⁄4" (360mm) for 800ml refill; 16-1⁄4" (415mm) for 1600ml refill. Allow 5" (125mm) diameter clearance below lavatory or countertop for motor housing and 800ml refill. For 1600ml refill allow 5-1⁄2" (140mm) diameter clearance. Battery compartment equipped with 36" (915mm) cord, mounts on wall under lavatory or countertop.

• B-826.18 Starter Kit: Includes B-826 Automatic Lavatory-Mounted Liquid Soap Dispenser, an 800ml lotion soap refill, and 4 alkaline "D" cellsl batteries.

• B-8263.18 Starter Kit: Includes B-8263 Automatic Lavatory-Mounted Foam Soap Dispenser, an 800ml foam soap refill, and 4 alkaline "D" cells batteries.

• 826-20 AC Adapter (6V): For one B-826 or B-8263 Automatic Lavatory-Mounted Soap Dispenser. Available on special order: All-metal soap dispenser for vandal-prone installations. AC Adapter (6V) for up to four B-826 or B-8263 Automatic Lavatory Mounted Soap Dispensers.

B-830 Series SureFlo® Soap System

To order system: specify cabinet, dispenser, and connector kit.

WARRANTY NOTE: Only Bobrick SureFlo Soaps should be used in B-830 Series Lavatory-Mounted Soap Dispenser SureFlo Soap System. Use of any other soap will void the warranty provided.

• SureFlo Soap System Cabinet: Accommodates one 12-litre (13,000 handwashes) SureFlo Soap Cartridge. Equipped with a concealed 2-liter (2,000 handwashes) soap reservoir and Low Soap Indicator (LSI) light.
• Materials: Constructed of type 304 stainless steel. Door has satin finish and tumbler lock, keyed like other Bobrick washroom accessories.
• Concealed Mounting: Mounted under lavatory countertop on left or right side walls, or rear wall. Includes vandal-resistant tubing and connectors. Cabinet furnished with one 12-litre cartridge of Bobrick SureFlo Soap.
• Measurements: 10" W, 15-1⁄4" H in front, 16-1⁄2" H in rear, 18-5⁄8" D (255 x 385–420 x 475mm).
• B-830.12: Soap System Cabinet with one 12-litre cartridge of Pink Lotion SureFlo Soap.
• B-830.13: Soap System Cabinet with one 12-liter cartridge of Premium Gold SureFlo Soap.
   
• Soap Pump & Mounting Shank Kits (360° free turning): One kit is required for each lavatory-mounted soap dispenser. Also requires one 830-341 Connector Kit for each soap dispenser. Note: Maximum countertop mounting thickness 1-3⁄4" (45mm). For thicker countertops up to 4-3⁄4" (110mm), order Bobrick part number 822-402.
• 830-359: 4" (100mm) Spout Length, Bright-Polished Stainless Steel (B-822).
• 830-372: 6" (150mm) Spout Length, Bright-Polished Stainless Steel (B-8226).

• 830-341 Connector Kit: Includes vandal-resistant tubing and connectors, for installation of B-830 SureFlo Soap Dispensing System.

B-922 ConturaSeries® Reservoir System

Bobrick soap dispensers are NOT designed to dispense alcohol-based hand sanitizers or iodine-based surgical soaps.

• Materials: Piston, Spout, and Cover – Type 304 stainless steel with bright polished finish. Cover Spacer – Rigid, impact-resistant polyester. Escutcheon – Chrome-plated, high-impact-resistant ABS with bright polished finish. Concealed locking mechanism. Body and Shank – High-impact-resistant ABS. Valve – ABS cylinder. Stainless steel spring. U-packing seal and duckbills. Corrosion-resistant to most soaps and detergents. Equipped with a 36" (915mm) long supply tube; cut-to-fit in the field. Coupling Tee – Black molded ABS. Fits standard 3" ABS or PVC pipe, schedule 40, with 3-1/2" (90mm) outside diameter (88–90mm nominal pipe sizes). Clear Elbow – Smoke-grey, translucent ABS. 10" (255mm) long; cut-to-fit in the field. Drain hole in the bottom has a removable threaded plug with o-ring. Black Flexible Hose – 1-3/8" (35mm) diameter, black, flexible PVC plastic hose. 33" (840mm) long; cut-to-fit in the field.
• Installation Notes: Mounting screws, pipe connections, and end-caps are not furnished. Provide 1/4" (6mm) screws, washers, and lock-washers. Purchase pipe connections and end-caps locally from plumbing supply wholesaler. Pipe connection must be standard 3" ABS or PVC pipe, schedule 40, with outside diameter (88–90mm nominal pipe sizes).
• Black ABS end-caps for 3" standard U.S./Canadian pipe with 3‑1/2" outside diameter, are available from Bobrick as an optional accessory; order Bobrick Part No. 922-45 (set of 2 end-caps).
• Operation: Multi-lavatory, large-capacity soap reservoir system is versatile and adaptable for mounting under a variety of countertop construction and plumbing layouts. Eliminates frequent refilling of single dispensers. Reduces maintenance time and cost. Easy to check the soap level and to top fill the multi-dispenser, countertop-wide system from any one soap dispenser. Press piston down to dispense commercially marketed all purpose hand soaps. Vandal-resistant spout can rotate 360° without damage to unit. Escutcheon locks to body with a concealed locking mechanism that is opened only with special key provided.
• Notes: 1. Specify one unit for each lavatory. Each unit provides 0.9-gal. (3.3-L) soap capacity, plus capacity of pipe connections. Install one complete soap reservoir system under each counter. 2. Retrofit kits for Bobrick B-822 Series lavatory-mounted soap dispensers are available; order Bobrick Part No. 922-50, which includes coupling tee, clear elbow, black flexible hose, supply tube, and plastic tie.
