Door Bumper, Surface Mounted (B-687, B-6877)

• Materials: Post – Black nylon;  Bumper – Black neoprene;  Base – 18-8 S, type-304, 22-gauge (0.8mm) stainless steel.
• Installation: Mount unit on wall with sheet-metal screw furnished by manufacturer at point indicated by an S.
• Specification: Surface mounted black neoprene door bumper with base constructed of type-304 stainless steel, bright polished finish. Manufacturer’s service and parts manual provided to building owner/manager upon request.

Facial Tissue Dispenser, Surface Mounted (B-8397)

• Materials: Cabinet – 18-8 S, type-304, 24-gauge (0.6mm) stainless steel. All welded construction. Exposed surfaces have satin finish. Equipped with a concealed locking device; opens with special key provided. Secured to concealed wall plate with pivot hinges. Capacity – Fits one box of 100 two-ply facial tissues.Wall Plate – 18-8 S, type-304, 22-gauge (0.8mm) stainless steel.
• Operation: Cabinet unlocks with special key provided, then swings down to replace box of 100 two-ply facial tissues.
• Installation: Mount unit on wall or countertop apron with four #8 x 1-1/4" (4.2 x 32mm) sheet-metal screws (not furnished) at points indicated by an S. For plaster or dry wall construction, provide concealed backing to comply with local building codes, then secure unit with sheet-metal screws. For other wall surfaces, provide fiber plugs or expansion shields for use with sheet-metal screws, or provide 1/8" (3mm) toggle bolts or expansion bolts.
  Note: Provide a 2-1/4" (55mm) minimum clearance above unit to provide access to lock and 2-1/4" (55mm) clearance below unit to allow tissue dispenser to swing down for refilling.
• Specification: Surface mounted facial tissue dispenser constructed of type-304 stainless steel with all-welded construction; exposed surfaces have satin finish. Cabinet is secured to a concealed wall plate with pivot hinges and equipped with a concealed locking device; opens with special key provided. Unit holds one box of 100 two-ply facial tissues. Manufacturer’s service and parts manual provided to building owner/manager upon request.

Soap Dish, Surface Mounted (B-680, B-6807)

• Materials: Flange and Support Arm – 18-8 S, type-304, 22-gauge (0.8mm) stainless steel. Concealed, 16-gauge (1.6mm) stainless steel mounting bracket. All-welded construction. Secured to wall plate with a stainless steel setscrew. Concealed Wall Plate – 18-8 S, type-304, 16-gauge (1.6mm) stainless steel. Soap Dish – 18-8 S, type-304, 22-gauge (0.8mm) stainless steel. Drawn, one-piece, seamless construction. Welded to the support arm. Two drain holes and two ridges to support bar of soap.
• Installation: To remove concealed wall plate from back of flange and mounting bracket, loosen setscrew. Mount wall plate so prongs are at top; secure with two sheet-metal screws, furnished by manufacturer, at points indicated by an S. Engage flange onto prongs of wall plate, then secure into position by tightening setscrew at bottom. For plaster or dry wall construction, provide concealed backing to comply with local building codes, then secure unit with sheet-metal screws furnished. For other wall surfaces, provide fiber plugs or expansion shields for use with sheet-metal screws furnished, or provide 1/8" (3mm) toggle bolts or expansion bolts.
• Specification: Surface mounted soap dish constructed of type-304 stainless steel; specify Bright Polished or Satin finish. Flange and support arm are 22 gauge (0.8mm) and equipped with a concealed, 16-gauge (1.6mm) mounting bracket that is secured to a concealed, 16-gauge (1.6mm) wall plate with a stainless steel setscrew. Drawn, one-piece, seamless, 22-gauge (0.8mm) soap dish is welded to support arm and has two drain holes and two soap‑support ridges. Toiletry Shelf, Surface Mounted (B-683)

• Materials: Flanges and Support Arms (2) – 18-8 S, type-304, 22-gauge (0.8mm) stainless steel. Each flange has a concealed, 16‑gauge (1.6mm) stainless steel mounting bracket. All-welded construction. Secured to wall plates with stainless steel setscrews. Concealed Wall Plates (2) – 18-8 S, type-304, 16-gauge (1.6mm) stainless steel. Shelf – 18-8 S, type-304, 22-gauge (0.8mm) stainless steel with roll-formed edges.
• Installation: To remove concealed wall plates from back of flanges and mounting brackets, loosen setscrews. Mount each wall plate so prongs are at top; secure with sheet-metal screws, furnished by manufacturer, at points indicated by an S. Engage mounting brackets onto prongs of wall plates, then secure into position by tightening setscrews at bottom of flanges.
  Note: Center-to-center of concealed wall plates must be within 1/16" (1.6mm) of the bar length dimension. For plaster or dry wall construction, provide concealed backing to comply with local building codes, then secure unit with sheet-metal screws furnished. Flanges and support arms are 22 gauge (0.8mm) and equipped with concealed, 16‑gauge (1.6mm) mounting brackets that are secured to concealed, 16-gauge (1.6mm) wall plates with stainless steel setscrews. Shelf is 22 gauge (0.8mm) with roll-formed edges. Manufacturer's service and parts manual provided to building owner/manager upon completion of project.

Towel Shelf with Towel Bar, Surface Mounted (B-676)

• Materials: Flanges and Support Arms (2) – 18-8 S, type-304, 22-gauge (0.8mm) stainless steel. Each flange has concealed, 16‑gauge (1.6mm) stainless steel mounting bracket. All-welded construction. Secured to wall plates with stainless steel setscrews. Concealed Wall Plates (2) – 18-8 S, type-304, 16-gauge (1.6mm) stainless steel. Shelf and Towel Bar – 18-8 S, type-304, heavy-gauge stainless steel. Seamless, 5/16" (8mm) square tubing.
• Installation: To remove concealed wall plates from back of flanges and mounting brackets, loosen setscrews. Mount each wall plate so prongs are at top; secure with two #8 x 1-1/2" (4.2 x 38mm) sheet-metal screws (not furnished) at points indicated by an S. Engage mounting brackets onto prongs of wall plates, then secure into position by tightening setscrews at bottom of flanges.
  Note: Center-to-center of concealed wall plates must be within 1/16" (1.6mm) of the bar length dimension. For plaster or dry wall construction, provide concealed backing to comply with local building codes, then secure unit with sheet-metal screws (not furnished). For other wall surfaces, provide fiber plugs or expansion shields for use with sheet-metal screws, or provide 1/8" (3mm) toggle bolts or expansion bolts.
• Specification: Surface mounted towel shelf with towel bar constructed of type-304 stainless steel with bright polished finish. Flanges and support arms are 22 gauge (0.8mm) and equipped with concealed, 16-gauge (1.6mm) mounting brackets that are secured to concealed, 16-gauge (1.6mm) wall plates with stainless steel setscrews. Towel Bars - Extra Heavy Duty, Concealed Mounting (B-530)

• Materials: Towel Bar – 18-8 S, type-304, 18-gauge (1.2mm) stainless steel tubing with satin finish. 1" (25mm) outside diameter. Ends are welded to flanges. Clearance between the towel bar and wall is 1-1/2" (38mm). Concealed Mounting Flanges – 18-8 S, type-304, 1/8'' (3mm) thick, stainless steel plate. 2'' x 3-1/8'' (50 x 80mm) with two holes for attachment to wall. Snap Flange Covers – 18-8 S, type-304, 22-gauge (0.8mm) drawn stainless steel with bright polish finish. 3-1/4'' (85mm) diameter x 5/8'' (16mm) deep. Each cover snaps over mounting flange to conceal mounting screws.
• Strength: Towel bar will support loads in excess of 900 pounds (408-kg) if properly installed.
• Caution: Towel bars are no stronger than the anchors or walls to which they are attached and, therefore, must be firmly secured in order to support the loads for which they are intended.
• Installation: Provide concealed anchor device or backing as specified or required in accordance with local building codes before wall is finished. Fasten concealed mounting flanges to anchor device or backing. Snap flange covers over each mounting flange to conceal mounting screws. Concealed anchor devices and mounting screws are not included with this towel bar and must be specified as an accessory.
• Important Notes: Mounting Kits – available for different types of installations; one Bobrick mounting kit is required for each flange. Grab Bar Fastener – secures all Bobrick grab bar series; one Bobrick fastener is required for each flange.
• Specification: Towel bar constructed of type-304 stainless steel with satin finish. Towel bar has 18-gauge (1.2mm) wall thickness and 1" (25mm) outside diameter. Clearance between the towel bar and wall is 1-1/2" (38mm). Concealed mounting flanges constructed of 1/8'' (3mm) thick stainless steel plate, 2'' x 3-1/8'' (50 x 80mm), and equipped with two screw holes for attachment to wall. Flange covers are 22-gauge (0.8mm) stainless steel, 3-1/4'' (85mm) diameter, and snap over mounting flanges to conceal mounting screws. Square Towel Bar, Surface Mounted (B-673, B-6737)

• Materials: Flanges and Support Arms (2) – 18-8 S, type-304, 22-gauge (0.8mm) stainless steel. Each flange has concealed, 16‑gauge (1.6mm) stainless steel mounting bracket. All-welded construction. Secured to wall plates with stainless steel locking setscrews. Concealed Wall Plates (2) – 18-8 S, type-304, 16-gauge (1.6mm) stainless steel. Towel Bar – 18-8 S, type-304, heavy-gauge stainless steel. Lockseam rolled, 3/4" (19mm) square tubing.
• Installation: To remove concealed wall plates from back of flanges and mounting brackets, loosen locking setscrews. Mount each wall plate so prongs are at top; secure with two sheet-metal screws, furnished by manufacturer, at points indicated by an S. Engage mounting brackets onto prongs of wall plates, then secure into position by tightening locking setscrews at bottom of flanges.
  Note: Centerline-to-centerline of concealed wall plates must be within 1/16" (1.6mm) of the Y dimension given. For plaster or dry wall construction, provide concealed backing to comply with local building codes, then secure unit with screws furnished. For other wall surfaces, provide fiber plugs or expansion shields for use with sheet-metal screws furnished, or provide 1/8" (3mm) toggle bolts or expansion bolts.
• Specification: Surface-mounted towel bar constructed of type-304 stainless steel; specify bright polished or satin finish. Flanges and support arms are 22 gauge (0.8mm) and equipped with concealed, 16‑gauge (1.6mm) mounting brackets that are secured to concealed, 16-gauge (1.6mm) wall plates with locking setscrews. Towel bar is 3/4" (19mm) square tubing.

Round Towel Bar, Surface Mounted (B-674, B-6747)

• Materials: Flanges and Support Arms (2) – 18-8 S, type-304, 22-gauge (0.8mm) stainless steel. Each fl ange has a concealed, 16-gauge (1.6mm) stainless steel mounting bracket.
